All content provided by Steady Pro (including copywriting, graphics, videos, and landing pages) remains the intellectual property of Steady Pro, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content outside the scope of the Services without written permission.

5. Payments and Refunds

All service payments are non-refundable unless specifically covered under a money-back guarantee described in your service agreement. Ongoing services may be billed monthly and canceled per the terms stated at signup.

We reserve the right to change our pricing or service structure at any time with notice.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we use industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, including lead volume, sales, or revenue. Performance can vary depending on market conditions and user response.

7. Communication & Consent

By using our Services, you agree to receive communications via email, SMS, and other digital channels. You may opt out of SMS or email marketing by replying "STOP" or emailing contact@steadypro.io.

8. Limitation of Liability

Steady Pro, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation first. If not resolved, all disputes must be submitted to binding arbitration or small claims court in Wake County, North Carolina, before pursuing formal legal action.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of any changes. The effective date of this version is May 4, 2025.
